MSN Messenger, Now on Mobile Phones

More than 5 million daily users of MSN messenger in the nation will be able to use the service through mobile phones.

KTF said on Jan. 14 that it recently made a strategic alliance on ‘MSN Mobile Service’ with Microsoft and will start the service combining cable and wireless before March.

Therefore, KTF subscribers can use MSN messenger service on their cellular phones that was designed between PCs.

Accordingly, if one is abroad and connected with the online MSN messenger, another person here can have a conversation through his cellular phone. The two companies have also decided to provide a messenger service between mobile phones.

MSN Mobile Service will allow its users to change their nicknames; add, delete, or block friends; and store the sentences that they use often in order to use again for a prompt communications. As the two companies agreed to cooperate in combining cable and wireless services, they plan to continue additional services that MSN has been providing, including the messenger and e-mails, through mobile phones.
