The Command of Karakas Police Force Is Returned to the Mayor

Policemen in Karakas, the capital of Venezuela are dancing and cheering right after the Supreme Court ordered to return the Command of Police Force, which the President Hugo Chavez took away from the Mayor. The President Chavez, in response to that, ordained the striking oil workers as rebels and issued a proclamation to commandeer trucks and airplanes to secure means of transporting gas.
