High-level Talks between South and US about Foreign Affairs and Security

High-ranking officials of South Korea and the United States got together to discuss issues regarding the SOFA yesterday in the Government Complex on Sejong Ro, Seoul. Participants are exchanging greetings prior to starting the high-level talks. On hand are Lee Tae-sik (Assistant Secretary of Foreign Ministry), Cha Young-goo from Defense Ministry, Charles Campbell (Commander of US 8th Army) and Evens Revere (US Consulate).
