Empty National Assembly Session

On November 7, there were a lot of empty seats at the National Assembly plenary session as many lawmakers left the floor after they passed bills in a mass. The session was supposed to deal with as many as 75 bills but it adjourned in mid-session because there were not enough lawmakers left for a quorum.
