Congested Connections of `Electric Government`

The electronic government, which serves 4000 types services of civil affairs through Internet, has officially started its service on November 1. However, the site was congested for a time and a connection was delayed. According to the Ministry of Government Administration and Home Affairs (MOGAHA), after the electric government officially started its service at 9 a.m., there were 160,000 connections for 3 hours and the number of moment accesses reached 30000 connections at once.

So, some users complained, “It took over 30 minutes to register a membership.” The official of MOGAHA said, “A speed slowed down owing to a server overload but we will provide a stabilized service within two or three days through supplementing the server capacity.”
