Completion of Construction of Backbeom Memorial in Hyochang Park

Backbeom Memorial, which is to commemorate Honorable Kim Goo, will open on Oct. 22nd at Hyochang Park in Yongsan-gu, Seoul. Park Yoo-chul (right), who is in charge of the construction project, is hosting reporters on Oct. 18th and explaining the statues in the memorial.
