Including persons who have dry lips or trembled hands, who have a stiff and shaking voice and eyes, these affected people will seem to receive an intensive questioning inspection in the US Airport.

Wall Street Journal reported on August 15 that FBI has taught a curriculum which scientifically analyzes the doubtable behaviors of the airport visitors to new staff for the terror prevention. The newspaper said that 200 policeman of the Massachusetts State have gone on the spot training of the questioning inspection with the method in Logan

International Airport, Boston since August 1.

Founded last year, US Transportation Security Administration (TSA) has responded to it positively. The face inspection will be extended through the whole area of US soon.

Dr. Paul Ekman of University of California, San Francisco who developed ‘FACS’ to grasp a mental state and catch a momentary facial expression explained “This system can know the mental state of others exactly through momentary facial expression of 0.2 second. But, it is very difficult that a brain controls the facial muscle based on an emotional change”.

The newspaper added that the national airline of Israel, ELA L which has executed the inspection since 1970, has never cause any accident after that. However, there are contrary opinions on ‘Face Inspection’ because it infringes a private life and human rights in US.
