Empty Congress

On July 23, the Grand National Party’s Floor Whip Lee Kyu-taek’s remark about communism stirred partisanship and blocked the normal operation of the Congress until late in the afternoon. The seats remain empty where members of the Grand National Party and the Millennium Democratic Party should have taken.
