Big Three, World Cup Concert

Jose Carreras, Placido Domingo and Luciano Pavarotti were waving to an excited crowd in Yokohama Stadium on Thursday after the ‘Three Tenor Concert.’ This was the last performance by the trio as Pavarotti recently announced his plan to retire next year. The World Cup final between Brazil and Germany will be held in the stadium on June 30.
