Peru Riot Proclaimed Martial Law

One citizen of AREQUIPA was crossing a bridge through tightly guarded soldiers due to proclaimed martial law on June 17. The continuing violence was triggered objecting the privatizations of the utility companies. At that day, one young man was killed by a tear gas of the riot police.
