`One smart Personal Digital Assistant (PDA) is enough over ten computers.` As good new products are flowing into the market, uses of PDAs are also expanding. PDAs are no longer limited in electronic-diary functions, including address book or schedule management. They are now capable of wireless Internet anywhere, anytime, and can also do what computers are usually used for. In emergency, PDAs can also be used as mobile phones. There is an increasing number of cases that use PDAs for the Global Positioning System (GPS) function, which can trace an automobile’s traveling route or retrieve positioning information.
