“Limitations Placed on Ratio of Public Official Posts in Preferred Regions“

The government decided to take action in cases where the ratio of public official posts in preferred regions conspicuously exceed the overall ratio of public official appointments.

Authorities in the Office of the Prime Minister stated on the 17th, "The department planning directors meeting, presided by the Government Policy Coordination Minister, decided on the policy. We will maintain the principle that any sort of personal affiliation does not affect the major policy decision line."

The government also decided to levy strict disadvantages on public officials who pulled strings for hiring, accepted bribes, and disgraced the office.
