“Higher Official above Park Joon-Young Is Involved“

Rep. Lee Jae-Oh, the floor leader of the Grand National Party requested Cheong Wa Dae for the truth of Mr. Yoon`s lobby scandal saying, "We know there is another big figure behind Park Joon-Young but cannot release his name now. The President must reveal the full story behind Cheong Wa Dae`s involvement."

Rep. Lee said at the party staffs meeting, "It could be possible for Yoon to enter Cheong Wa Dae by the arrangement of a senior secretary. The President must explain the involvement of the core figure of the government and take proper measures." Lee also asserted that "the President denied the allegation that his sons received money at an economic conference, which is a warning to the Prosecution and the special prosecutor that they should stay away from investigation this."

Kwon Chul-Hyun, chairperson of the planning committee, remarked, "If the Prosecution failed to carry out a thorough investigation, the special prosecutors should be introduced temporarily for the remaining term of this government."

Lee Nak-Yeon, the spokesperson of the New Millennium Democratic Party, apologized saying, "It is regretful that the former senior secretary to the President had met with Mr. Yoon to help him. The Prosecution must reveal the truth of this case to clear all suspicions."
