One Dollar Closes at 131 Yen

Foreign exchange dealers are actively trading at a Tokyo foreign exchange brokerage on Dec. 26, 2001. Japanese yen once fell more than a full yen to a new 131 per dollar, and the sharp decline of yen increasingly requires of the reevaluation of Chinese `yuan`.
