Rep. Lee Jae-Oh, the Floor Leader of the Grand National Party (GNP), said, "Regarding `Jin Seung-Hyun Gate` the GNP fully knows who was involved and how much they were involved, on 16th." He requested, "President Kim should reshuffle the Cabinet in a full scale because all kinds of power-related government organizations, including Chong Wa Dae, the National Intelligence Service, the Prosecution, and the Police, are involved in the corruption case."

Rep. Lee insisted that, "According to our source, there are two `Jin Seung-Hyun Lists` One contains the names of 30 people who received money from Jin, and the other has the names of 50 people who were the target of lobbying activities. Even the close surroundings of the President should be investigated without exception."

The GNP decided to have a special committee meeting for the investigation of power-related corruption and to launch a party-level investigation on the suspicions of various corruption cases.

Lee Nak-Yeon, the Spokesman of the New Millennium Democratic Party, said, "The NMDP does not have any intention to protect any person or group. But, if the GNP has information on `Jin Seung-Hyun Gate` the GNP should reveal it or submit it to the prosecution in order to help with the investigation. The GNP must not to exaggerate the suspicions, which lead the people to confusion."
