Tuning of U.S.-Russia Summit

Russian Foreign Minister Igor Ivanov (left) and the U.S. Secretary of State Colin Powell are arriving in New York on 11th to discuss the reduction of nuclear weapon as well as the missile defense system prior to the summit talk between the two countries.
