U.S. President George W. Bush and Russian President Vladimir Putin will have two summit talks in Washington and Texas on Nov. 13 and 15 to discuss about the measures on the reduction of armament including the revision of the Anti Ballistic Missile Treaty.

President Putin stated to the U.S. reporters in Moscow before his visit to the U.S., ``I feel positive that we will find a middle point about the current issues between the two. There will be an improvement in the revision of the ABM treaty and the reduction of armament.``

Putin is known to accept the revision that allows the Bush administration to carry out tests for the establishment of the Missile Defense system.
