``National Tax Service - National Intelligence Service Made Secrete Investigation``

In the midst of increasing suspicion on special benefit to the Baekgung Jeongja district, Bundang-ku, Seongnam city, Kyonggi Province, it was revealed that both National Tax Service (NTS) and the National Intelligence Service (NIS) secretly investigated the case.

Mr. C, the retired from the `H` company which purchased the land in question, said in the phone interview with Dong-a Ilbo yesterday, ``I made a chart that shows the flow of the business money regarding the Baekgung Jeongja district in March and submitted it to the Seongnam Tax Office. After that, it was evaluated to have no problem.`` Mr. C was the founding member and served the `H` company as the president until his retirement.

He also said that ``I heard that the NIS secretly investigated on the Korea Land. Corp. regarding the change of land usage.``

Another official of the `H` company also said that ``the `Park View` which is to occupy the Baekgung Jeongja district is a large-scale business of which cost amounts to 900 billion won. The NTS came and received some materials as the `Park View` was popular enough to attract 100,000 people in its lot-out sale in February.``

However, the Seongnam Tax Office denied this.

Park Joong-Su, director of the Seongnam Tax Office, said that ``we did not request the `H` company to submit the money flow chart, and it was unnecessary. In relation to this, there is no material that was submitted to us.``

Park said, ``The track of fund requires permission from the NTS and the local tax service office. The amount involved in the `Park View` can be handled by the NTS in the central region. Since it was six month after the lot-out sale, they might have reported the added value to the tax office. However, since we are not in charge of investigating the fund, we don`t know anything about it.``
