``One Dollar Donation for Supporting Afghan Children``

The U.S. President George W. Bush is asking for the participation in the `one-dollar donation movement` for the starving Afghan children, raising one-dollar bill at the headquarters of Red Cross, Washington, on Oct. 16th, 2001. President Bush announced that the White House has received 90,000 letters since the establishment of the `Afghan Children Aid Foundation` on Oct. 11th, 2001.
