A Protesting Rally against Election Deposit of 15 Million Won

Party members of the Democratic Labor Party protest against the revised election law that regulates to deposit 15 million won for candidacy, by hanging 10,000 bills in a string in front of the Dongdaemun Election Commission, yesterday when the registration for the 10.25 by-election and re-election began.
