Discussion over Cooperation for Next Year’s Presidential Election

Former president Kim Young-Sam and Kim Jong-Pil, honorary chairman of the United Liberal Democrats, met on Sept. 24 at FDI Building at Yoido for talks concerning current political issues.

The two political leaders expressed their concerns over possible division of public opinions due to the government`s policies on North Korea and the tax investigation into media companies. They also shared perspectives on the issues of changes in politics after the breakup of DJP coalition and political cooperation for the next year’s presidential election.
