Handcuffed Rev. Jackson`s Wife

Mrs. Jacqueline Jackson (right), the wife of Rev. Jesse L. Jackson, is sanctioned by the security guards, protesting the US Navy`s resumption of the bomb training in Vieques, Puerto Rico. The U.S. President George W. Bush declared last week that the bombing practice will be held until March, 2003, but the local residents, the human rights organizations, and the environmental organizations have demanded the instant halt of the bombing practice.
