President Kim Dae-Jung is to announce his plan for the reformation of the national administration. The President said at the meeting of the NMDP Supreme Council, ``I have listened to all the opinions raised at the congressional workshop and the Supreme Council meeting and fully recognize the patriotic loyalty.``

However, in terms of the young caucus`s demand for the reformation of the human resource pool, President Kim said, ``it belongs exclusively to the Presidential authority. I fully understand your opinions and I will appropriately deal with the matter.``

Spokesperson Chun Yong-Hak said, ``no comment,`` responding to the reporters questions whether the President ``will positively consider the reformation of the human resource pool.``

The President expressed his wish for the Supreme Council to lead the party. President Kim also promised: he is to preside the monthly Supreme Council meeting at Cheong Wa Dae, to raise the level of the Supreme Council from the current consultant institution to the deliberative institution, and to establish the measures to increase the efficient cooperation among the party, the government, and Cheong Wa Dae.

President Kim asked chairperson Kim Choong-Kwon for the appropriate roles to promote the efficient cooperation between the party and the government.

At the end of the meeting, President Kim commented on the congressional workshop and criticized the young caucus, saying ``the discussion should be undertaken in the party. It is not recommendable for the party to be seen divided from outside.``

Meanwhile, Rep. Chung Dong-Young was known to have raised the problem of `the non-official line,` including Kwon Rho-Kap, the former Supreme Council member.
