Day for Disabled observed

On hand at a ceremony for the 21st Day for the Disabled held at the 3rd Gymnasium of the Olympic Park Friday, First Lady Lee Hee-Ho gave encouragement to and conferred prizes on exemplary and admirable persons who have overcome their mental and physical handicaps.
