``Keumseoneo,` located across from Sujong Apartment in Yoido, Seoul, serves natural sashimi of flatfish, sea breams and other fish.

Raw fish or sashimi in this Japanese restaurant is served on bamboo dishes covered with ice and sesame leaf. Thanks to the thick small ice cubes from a machine in the kitchen, the raw fish maintains freshness, so that customers can enjoy the elastic flesh throughout their dining.

A special dish of sashimi priced at 80,000 won per person offers the delicious parts around the navel of flatfish, sea bream and tuna. Since the fish served weighs 6 to 7 kilograms on average, the flesh of wings is also big and strong. So, the flesh is chewy and smooth.

Served together with the main dish is ``sashimi a la carte`` featuring fish and clams that taste savory. They are mostly fish of the season like ``hak`` mackerel pike, harvest fish, gizzard shad and red sea cucumber.

Another side dish the restaurant boasts of is roasted salted sea bream head, about double the size of a palm. But the main and side dishes are all to be served for 80,000 won. Therefore, customers have to order soup or other food in addition.

There are about 10 dishes like table d`hote priced at 38,000 won, ``keum`` table d`hote (28,000 won) and ``nambi yori`` (18,000 won). It has 13 independent rooms with a total of 90 seats. It opens 365 days.
