[From Readers] Parking by a senseless judicial apprentice

For several days recently, someone has parked his or her car in front of my house. Though this caused great inconvenience, I could not initially make contact with the person. Passersby grumbled about this car parked in a narrow allow but there was nothing that could be done. A few days ago, I came across the person in question, a woman, who was leaving after parking her car. I asked her to move the car to some other place, but she refused, citing legal provisions that protected her right to do so. When I protested, she said she was an intern at the Judicial Research and Training Institute and even showed me her ID card. After she made a phone call, a police car showed up. I continued to protest but she only lectured the policeman about the pertinent regulations and continued to refuse my request.

If the government fosters these kind of senseless judicial apprentices, the nation`s judiciary is doomed.
