Merged bank resumes withdrawals

Customers complain to clerks at Hanaro Merchant Bank, which opened for business on Wednesday, because the payments for their deposits were delayed. Hanaro is a new corporate body created through the merger of four merchant banks of Hankook, Chungang, Haans and Yongnam. The merchant bank was crowded with customers of the four merged banks who for a time could not withdraw deposits.
