With a cool-off in the venture business boom, job seekers are making a U-turn to large corporations.

Incruit (www.incruit.com), an Internet employment information site, announced its recent survey against 3,790 job seekers.

The survey showed that Samsung is the most favored workplace with 1,194 people, which was followed by LG, SK, Hyundai and Korea Telecom. Among venture companies, Yahoo! Korea was included among the top 10 most favored workplaces. In particular, Samsung was ranked first in seven categories of survey.

Last year's survey, conducted by the Seoul Regional Small and Medium Business Administration, revealed that venture companies were most favored with 29.2% of respondents showing their interest.

Also, respondents indicated companies that would be good for their own development in the order of Samsung, SK, LG, Hyundai and Korea Telecom. Also, among the companies with greatest social contribution excluding the top four chaebol groups, are Yoohan (second), Serome (sixth) and Ahnlab, Inc. (seventh).
