Head of Asiana's Manila branch missing

The director of Asiana Airline`s Manila branch has been reported missing and has prompted a search investigation by the police.

According to the press release by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Asiana Airline on the 30th, the director left home on the afternoon of the 27th to meet with airline employees for a round of golf. He has not been seen since.

The Ministry revealed, "Twenty four hours after his disappearance, the Korean Embassy in Manila contacted the police concerning the possibility of foul play." The Ministry added, "As of today, the investigation has not found any leads."

Asiana`s spokesperson stated, "With news from the Manila branch that they have lost all contact with the director, on the 29th, we dispatched one of our own to deal with the situation."
