Performance urging SOFA amendment

The civic group `People`s Action for the Amendment of the Unjust SOFA` held a performance at Tapkol Park in Seoul to press for an official apology from the U.S. for a recent toxic waste dumping incident and the addition of environmental conditions to the SOFA.
