Consultations Among South Korea, the U.S. and Japan

On February 26, Deputy Minister for Foreign Affairs and Trade Song Min-soon (middle), U.S. Ambassador to Korea Christopher Hill (right) and the Japanese Foreign Ministry’s Asian and Oceanic Bureau Director-General Kenichiro Sasae had a meeting as the head negotiators in the six-nation talks. The meeting was held in the extension of the Central Government Complex in Seoul. The participants urged North Korea to immediately get back to the six-party talks.
