N.K. lifts access ban to Kaesong complex in 166 days

The inter-Korean Kaesong Industrial Park resumes operation after a trial run on Monday, 166 days after the North Korean authority unilaterally shut off South Koreans’ access into the industrial complex on April 3. North Korean workers are busy making clothes at a plant operated by South Korean apparel maker at the complex in Kaesong City in the North.
