North Korean defectors’ miserable testimonies

The Seoul International Symposium for North Korean Human Rights was held at the main conference room of the 100th Anniversary Hall of Korea University on Tuesday. The symposium was co-hosted by the National Human Rights Commission and Korea University and sponsored by Hwajeong Peace Foundation of the Dong-A Ilbo. The attendees grew solemn by the testimonies of North Korean defectors who had suffered human rights abuses in China.
