Dark clouds over inter-Korean relations

Dark clouds cast over skies in North Korean regions, which are seen from the Dorasan Customs, Immigration and Quarantine Office in Paju, Gyeonggi Province on Wednesday, the next day after the inter-Korean Kaesong Industrial Complex halted operation. The characters “South and North (Korea)” written on the road looks just as gloomy as the dismal weather.
