Dance in Confucian memorial ritual

“Seokjeon Daeje,” a memorial ceremony for the Chinese philosopher Confucius, is held Monday at Sungkyunkwan, the most prestigious educational institution in the late Goryeo and Joseon dynasties of Korea. The event is held in spring and autumn to honor sages including Confucius.
