Congratulations

Masaki Tachikawa, a Japanese magazine reporter who was ruled not guilty in a retrial 36 years after his conviction, receives congratulations at a restaurant in Seoul from former Korean lawmaker Lee Chul, whom the Japanese got to know when he was involved in the 1974 Mincheonghakryeon case, in which the Korean military dictatorship put many young students who challenged the regime in prison.
