Uneasy Steps to North Korea

South Korean negotiator Kim Young-tak (front) from the Unification Ministry in Seoul and other delegates yesterday enter the Office of Customs, Immigration and Quarantine at Dorasan Station in Paju near the Demilitarized Zone. The two Koreas held working-level talks on the operation of the joint inter-Korean industrial park in Kaesong.
