N. Korean Woman Drawing Water

After North Korea’s launch of a long-range rocket provoked a global outcry, a woman yesterday draws water from the Amnok River and brings it to Hyesan, Ryanggang Province, adjacent to China. The U.N. Security Council held an emergency meeting but failed to reach an agreement on imposing sanctions on the North.
