`Ramsar Wetland Park` Opens in Changwon

In Changwon, South Gyeongsang Province, Daewon Leisure Sports Park opens yesterday Ramsar Wetland Park built in commemoration of the 10th Conference of the Contracting Parties to the Ramsar Convention that begins Oct. 28. The park is home to an eco-lake surrounded by 9,200 stocks of 10 wetland plant species including lotus flowers and water lilies. The site`s 4,000 stocks of 15 tree species include pine and Yoshino cherry trees.
