As the Ministry of Administration and Security unveiled its streamlining measure to cut 28 chiefs of department posts, the public officials brace themselves for a storm of restructuring. Each government agency that faces the staff reduction by 20 to 30 percent is said to be contemplating on its scale of reshuffle.
