Vote and Gift

In nine districts including Nam-dong, Incheon and Haenam-Jindo in South Jeolla Province, by-elections are held on Wednesday. In front of a voting place in Hwasun for Hwasun County leadership, the banner writes “MP3 players are gifts for a family of three generation who vote.” Local election committees offer various incentives to encourage residents to cast ballots.
