An observatory aircraft of National Aeronautics and Space Administration captured the scene of a sun explosion on November 15. Black spots are sunspot 822 where the explosion happened. The explosion was M-grade, second in the four levels (B, C, M, X) of explosion size. The solar wind caused by explosion arrives on Earth two or three days later and disrupts the control work, radio communications on the shortwave bands, and navigation of artificial satellites.
