Former North Korean Premier Visited Cheong Wa Dae

Former North Korean Premier Yon Hyong Muk (right), who first visited Seoul as North Korea’s representative at the first South-North Korea High Level Meeting on September 6, 1990, meets with former President Roh Tae-woo. He was the main player in concluding the South-North Korea Basic Agreement.
