Who Wrote This Book?

During a National Assembly audit of the Government Information Agency (GIA) by the Culture and Tourism Committee yesterday, controversy was created over a book titled, “Understanding Roh Moo-hyun,” written by Kim Chang-ho, the head of the GIA. Kim (left) is seen with a stiff look after Grand National Party lawmaker Lee Jae-woong (right) took issue with the fact that the GIA bought the book in bulk and distributed it.
