Seventeen Public Enterprise Offer Employment Exams Concurrently

Seventeen public enterprise—including Korea Electric Power Corporation (KEPCO), Korea Land Corporation, and Korea National Housing Corporation—will be carrying out their employment exams concurrently on the same day.

According to the statement given today by the concerned companies, the 17 public corporations that are planning their employment plans for this year will jointly post their employment notifications on January 27, followed by a joint written test or interview session on March 6.

The approximate employment scale of these corporations is 1,900.

This is the second time since last year that they have combined efforts in order to give as much opportunities to job seekers as possible.

This year, in particular, most public corporations will not be enforcing limits on academic backgrounds as a condition of qualification, except for technical position applicants. Furthermore, some of these corporations such as the Housing Corporation and Korea Water Resources Corporation will no longer use age limits also.
