President Roh Appoints New Prime Minister

President Roh Moo-hyun (left) appointed Lee Hae-chan as the new prime minister on Wednesday at Cheong Wa Dae. The president expressed his confidence in the Prime Minister by mentioning that the press has called Lee Hae-chan “the Prime Minister in real power and in charge and also said “It seems plausible for guess article.”
