“Let’s Exchange and Borrow Toys”

“If you take some of your toys, we will exchange it for a new one.” At the Green Toy Library run by Seoul City on Euljiro subway station, the toy exchange festival was held to reduce the financial burden from the shoulders of parents. If one visits the library and pays 2,000 won, any toy can be borrowed with no charge. However, the registration is limited only to Seoul citizens.
