NK’s Kim Kye-kwan Arrived in Beijing

The head of the North Korean delegation to the second round of the six-nation talks, Kim Kye-kwan, the deputy foreign minister of North Korea (right), arrived in Beijing Airport on February 24 and mounted a car under the guidance of North Korean diplomats. North Korea organized its delegation based on Kim’s pro-American associates.
