The Cuisine of Ch’ing Dynasty Imperial Household Visit to Seoul

An event introducing the cuisine of the Ch’ing Dynasty Imperial Household “Dam-ga” is being held in Shilla Hotel, Seoul. At the Chinese restaurant, Palsun, we can see staff members dressed in Ch’ing Dynasty costumes while serving dishes made by the chef of Beijing Hotel, Wang Bing-hwa (in the middle, white clothes), until December 1.
