Can Korea Really Beat Portugal?

Current national interest is regarding if Korea can beat Portugal. As Korean team have drawn the match against USA 1-1, Portugal have defeated Poland by 4-0.

Even If Korean team continues draw a game with Portugal, the Korean team is securing the sufficient matching points to participate for the matches of best of 16 nations. However Portugal have to win the game to be qualified to the matches for final 16.

Footnall analysts are saying that“For Korea’s victory there will be a lot of work and patients need for the team to beat one of the world’s best football team, however it will not be impossible to achieve the nation’s second victory”

▽Football analysts in Korea〓 Kim Ho, Former World Cup coach for US world cup in 1994 states that; “Korean team was under tremendous pressures to beat US team which resulted the breakdown of defence mechanism of Korean side later in the game, if repletion of Korean team’s weak point is completed and with continuous derangement of strikers for maximum disturbance of opposition’s defence, Korea has a good chance for nations second victory in the world cup.

He also articulated that “The left wing striker of Portugal is currently injured and defence members of the team is slow thus Korean team must attack the opposition’s weak point. Also Korean team should not be disturbed by opposition’s attacking method.”

However, Kim Ho Gon Coach of BuSan Icons states that as Portugal have successfully achieved their first winning of this world cup against Poland they are gaining tremendous confidence and they are finally getting used to Korean environment which might quite badly affect against Korean team’s determination.
